While I think the answer is subjective, I'd personally say Robber Barons. Companies like Apple for example, outsource labor and take advantage of cheap, poorly treated laborers.  Another example is IBM outsourcing their labor to India to cut costs. Not only does this take jobs away from our economy, the conditions and pay of laborers in foreign countries is often dangerous and unsustaining.
