Body: It will be most of the essay. You must write at least two paragraphs, but you can extend as much as you need. At this point, you will approach the main theme of Elizabeth Stanton's text and how this theme is presented to the reader in an efficient way.
Conclusion: At this point, you will end the essay. This will also be done in a short paragraph. In this paragraph, you will summarize the main parts of your essay and show how important this topic is and should be discussed more often.

It just means that you have to choose one quote, write about a book you've read from that perspective and talk about how it applies to something else you've read. Use details from that book.
