You just add the subject then the verb then the article and lastly the adjective. I hate explaining stuff so I’ll just give you some examples you can use if you want :)
Marta es una chica inteligente
Yo soy un chico deportista
Rolando es un profesor reservado
El Sr. Brown es inteligente
Tu eres una estudiante perezosa
Tu eres una chica buena
La Sra. Moloy es deportista

With the examples given, we do not know what "it" and "them" is that the speaker is referring to.  Without stating what "it" is, the meaning of the sentence is unclear.
