if your cell phone makes you happy then don't stop using it.

of course you should use it in moderation so you don't damage your eyes.  but who am i to tell you what to do when i'm on mine just as much. anyways you should just keep doing what makes you happy as long as it doesn't hurt you or others because you only live once!
