It is sometimes difficult to be a good citizen and respect others' individual rights because A) people are naturally intolerant

of others. B) people tend to take too many rights too far, which imposes on others. C) when someone exercises his/her personal rights it might impose on your own rights or beliefs. D) people sue too often if they feel their rights are violated, which causes people to be afraid to act.
