Answer:

I'm not sure about the word "distant". They both fell in love at first site at the Capulet Party. This developed into an impulsive obsessive sort of love pretty quickly. After Romeo visits Juliet's balcony in act 2 sc 2, things get more intense until the culmination of the play. Both star crossed lovers dial up the intensity until they essentially combust at the end of the play.

What is the effect of foreshadowing in Shakespeare’s Macbeth
nydimaria [60]

The effect of foreshadowing in Shakespeare's Macbeth creates a sense of tension and a slight sense of dramatic irony as many characters in the play are oblivious to their fate whereas the audience may know what is going to happen.

Tevye's analogy is faulty in this situation because "Tevye's analogy is supporting the idea of marrying only Jews; however, it does not explain

the reason why this is supposed to happen".

How Tevye's analogy is different

Tevye's analogy is faulty in this situation because it doesn't give reasons to why one is supposed to "seek his own kind".

It is good to seek one's own kind so as to avoid the cultural problem in marriage. It helps to solve the problem of origin differences.

Culture is very important in any relationship. In order not to have different perspectives on an issue, it is ideal to go into relationships with people of the same culture.
