Explanation:

When you are using a reflexive verb (that means a verb that has "se" in front of it in the infinitive) in the passé composé, there are three things you need to do:

1. Make sure that the "se" is changed to match the person doing the action. Here is a quick guide: je = "me", tu = "te", nous = "nous", vous = "vous", il/ils/elle/elles = "se"

2. Conjugate the auxilliary verb "être" properly, to match the subject.

3. Make sure that the past participle has an ending that agrees with the subject. If the subject is feminine (elle), add an "e" at the end. If it is plural, add an "s" at the end. If it is both feminine and plural, add an "es" at the end.

the number 2 comment t'appelles-tu doesn't seem correct. The "tu" isn't formal and a seller never ask you your name !!!!!!
