Which principal part is this verb form?
andrezito [222]
Have moved is past participle. Verbs are simply known as the ‘action’ words – may it be mental, physical or mechanical. When verbs are paired with auxiliaries (helping verbs), they are known as verb phrase. These helping verbs always go first before the actual verb. Perfect tenses serves a portraying the verb or the action word as something that already happened or is completed, thus the term ‘perfect’. If it is present perfect tense, it means that the action was already done relatively to the present (has/have with past participle). If it is past perfect tense, action is already finished relatively to the past (had with past participle and if it is future perfect tense, action is complete relatively to the future (will have with past participle

Help me please !Which parts of this excerpt from Abraham Lincoln’s First Inaugural Address indicate that he was trying to calm t
raketka [301]

Answer:

Abraham Lincoln's First Inaugural Address was meant to calm those who feared him. This is clear throughout the whole excerpt. However, two quotes in particular address this intention directly:

"Apprehension seems to exist among the people of the Southern States that by the accession of a Republican administration their property and their peace and personal security are to be endangered. There has never been any reasonable cause for such apprehension."

"'I have no purpose, directly or indirectly, to interfere with the institution of slavery in the States where it exists. I believe I have no lawful right to do so, and I have no inclination to do so.'"

In the first quote, Lincoln addresses the fears of Southerners directly, as a lot of them were worried about the status of their belongings in the new regime. The second quote restates his intent to not interfere with slavery in the South, as was expressed in a previous speech.
