I think this question could have different meaning depending on the subject. I know someone answered this about economics but since this is under art I’ll try and make sure you got it in case :) I would recommend experimenting with value yourself on a small and large scale. It depends on your own experience. Personally, for me I’d answer that it was more difficult to produce a wide range of value on a small scale because there was less space to include the different intermediate values.
