If World War 2 was supposed to really kill all the Jews and other people Adolf Hitler thought "Inferior", and used propaganda to

keep other people at bay. . . why did people believe his propaganda? And why did he choose the Jews as his target? If he had such a problem with them and wanted them to leave, why not ask them to leave?

Before Hitler took over, Germany was in great debt and suffering in lack of morale and lack of a good economy from the First world war. Hitler decided that the fault (for some dum reason) of all these problems were the jews, and with the people this desperate they probably believed the misinformation anyways.

People believed him because when you are the one in charge of a big country and tell lies over and over again, people will start to believe you. Germans were brainwashed to believe his lies.

After WW1, all of the blame was placed on Germany, so their economy went down hill. So, when Hitler came to power, he deemed Jewish people responsible for whatever reason. Hitler saw Jews as less than people, had a very strong hatred, and is generally just a bad person, so that's why he choose them as his Target instead of asking them to leave.

Political changes: many women suffrage movements were held which led to the amendments of the constitution. First Red Scare hit the nation after the World war. Many officials' residences were suspected and raided on basis of communist insurgents into US. Great migration enabled the southerners to migrate to the union states in search of better livelihood.

Economic changes: There was shortage of domestic of goods. As many people preferred manufactured goods than the home made goods. Also many of the overproduction of domestic goods were used in the war efforts. There was high inflation and the laborers were paid low wages in order to balance the operation costs. It gave rise to many labor unions going on protests for increase in wages. Industrialization enabled urbanization and immigration possible without any restrictions. Tolerance towards the European immigrants was low which also led to chaos. Introduction of the electricity and steel increased the productivity.

Social Changes: Roaring twenties had a greater impact of the rise of jazz era in the field of music. African Americans deliberated their grievances through music and literature which highly touched the hearts of the people. Progressive movement gave rise to many social reforms and changing lifestyles of the Americans. Competition to find better employment resulted in race riots in the society. Gilded age resulted in spoil system wherein corruption and party loyalty gave advantage to the people who were close to the president to acquire the high offices. Party loyalty was given high value than the knowledge, skill and expertise.
