Elanso [62]
Hi there!

During Thomas Jefferson's administration, the Supreme court established the policy of judicial review through its decision in the landmark case Marbury v. Madison. The policy of judicial review establishes that the Supreme Court has the right to declare an act of Congress C. Unconstitutional.

Marbury v. Madison established that the Supreme Court has the power to declare an act of Congress unconstitutional if it is inconsistent with the Constitution. This principle, which still persists today, also reaffirmed that the Constitution, not Congress, is the supreme law of the land and trumps the actions of the other branches.

How do these sources physically portray the Jew?
Savatey [412]

Answer:

They portray the jew, as a villain, or someone strange (Sorry for my language) more or less, since it says he is enticing children into his home, and they help imagine the reader, (A Hitler youth) what a jew looks like, a disgusting, pungent man. But, in actual reality, the average jew was not like this and is normal just like the rest of us.

Explanation:

sorry if this is not sufficient, i tried to use words that match what the tone of the story is but its not allowed on brainly

Why was the sinking of the lusitania a turning point for americans who had recently been in favor of neutrality?
professor190 [17]
The sinking of the Lusitania was a turning point for several Americans. This British ship (that had American passengers on it) was sank by a German submarine during World War I. Over 100 Americans were killed in this attack. This angered the American citizens, as it was rumored that the Lusitania did not have any weapons or military equipment on it (even though it did). Americans saw this as a vicious attack and changed their view on the war, as they now saw Germany as an enemy who was trying to harm innocent American citizens.
