Manifest Destiny is the belief that the U.S had the right to expand its territory by the grace of god. All you need to know in a nutshell to be honest.

The southern loyalists moved mostly further south to Florida and parts of the Caribbean. The northern loyalists migrated to Canada. I would choose the answer Canada.

the allies wanted regain france from the axis powers and push the blitzkrieg back

general eishenhower wanted to have the war over by christmas of 44 but that wasnt the case because the germans put up on hell of a fight i hope this helps

This caused the US to come to an agreement and drop 2 bombs on Japan, on August 6th, Hiroshima, on the 9th, Nagasaki. WW2 ended immediately as the Japanese emperor surrendered.
