From Chinese perspective, thanks to US help they were able to better resist invading army.

red army was significantly underequipped. In later part of the war Lend Lease helped in regards to logistics, and since the distances on eastern front were huge it has sped up russian progress a lot. Consequently Nazi war crimes were ended more rapidly.

The colonies were irritated by this whole control, and wanted more power and say in what taxes were put on them.
