What is the degree of (2x + 45)
lesya692 [45]

Answer:180 degrees

Step-by-step explanation:Let "x" be the measure of the angle the problem is asking for.

"when twice of a angle is added to 45" is the angle  (2x+45)  degrees.

The problem says that the angle (2x+45) is the supplement to the given angle.

It means that

x + (2x + 45) = 180 degrees.          <<<---=== This equation is the exact meaning of the condition.

Simplify and solve this equation for x:

3x + 45 = 180  ====>  3x = 180 - 45 = 135

====>  x = 135/3 = 45 degrees.

At Long Bridge middle school 240 student said that they are an only child which is 48% at school student enrollment how many stu
Olegator [25]
It should be 115.

If you set it up as a ratio format using the percentage version of the equation, you'll set it up like this:

x/240 to 48/100

Then multiply 48 by 240 and divide by 100 to receive the x or 48% of 240.

Hope this helps!

Give an example of a function g(x) such that has vertical asymptotes at x = −1 and x = 2.
BigorU [14]

Answer:

\frac{69420}{(x+1)(x-2)}

Step-by-step explanation:

An asymptote of a vertical line is one that the graph can't exactly reach, but can get as close as you want it to be (as long as the distance is not 0), while the x- or y-coordinates tend to plus/minus infinity. An example of where this happens is when filling in the x-value would result in a zero in the denominator, hence the answer.

I'm not too sure on this can i have some help
Ganezh [65]
Welcome to Brainly. We are here to help!

Similar polygons vary directly with each other. They have the same scale.

Something I notice about the polygons is that both of the sides are decreased by 10.

40-30= 10 and 28-18=10

Try to find the scale.

40/28= 1.42857....

30/18= 1.666666777

I would say these are not similar polygons. They do not share the same scale.

I hope this helps!
