Well if you want to use less water then you can put your plants out side or if you don't want to put them out side then you can put a bucket outside and let it collect water and use that to water plants and for recycling you can get a trash bag and fill one with water bottles and the other with cans and the last with glass then when you are ready you can take it to the recycling place near by you and get money for your cans and water,and glass for the bags you can buy them from stores and buy like 10 of them and use them for grocery shopping
