Answer:

The idea is that the protester wants something done about climate change, expecting other people to do it, but won't do it himself. Hence why the child refers to him as "someone." Because the protester is "someone" who could make a change if he made the effort. Then just give your opinion on if you agree with this or not.

My meaning:

The kid didn´t read the sign correctly. On the sign it says someone and she is looking at someone. I do agree because climate change is something o worry about. But also I do not agree because the little girl does not understand what climate change and what the sign means.
