Dear Mr. ABC,
I have a complaint regarding the air conditioner I bought from your company last month, receipt number: 1234. Even though it has been only a month, the coil of the appliance seems to have corroded because of which the appliance doesn't seem to work properly.
There is no anti corrosion layer on the coil which is a must these days. Our locality has a water treatment plant which emits gases that are harmful for electronic appliances. All the companies have started using these anti corrosion layers over the coils.
I regret to say that I am not happy with the appliance and also I am not getting a good response form the customer care center regarding the same. Request you to extend your support in this matter and help me resolve the issue.
Regards,
PQR
