Eating a meal, any meal, reliably makes an animal, any animal, calmer and more lethargic. This means humans, too. Hunger makes animals alert and irritable, which explains why couples always fight about where to eat dinner. This emotional response encourages the animals to find food. "Poor mood and poor eating can become a vicious cycle in that if a person isn't eating properly, they can experience a drop in mood, and this drop in mood can make them not want to eat. If someone is constantly missing meals and constantly experiencing this stressor, the response could affect their emotional state on a more constant level.

answer: Why do some people have a fear of darkness? Remember being little and being scared to go into a dark room alone or even be scared to be outside once it got dark? I know I do. For a majority of the time, a fear of the dark is a fear that is seen mostly in smaller children. Usually as one gets older, that fear slowly dissipates and becomes nonexistent. Although, there are some people that never lose this fear. Lack of light makes people feel as though they are in a vulnerable state. Not only does it impair ones’ vision, but it hinders one’s ability to see what their surroundings are. Not seeing what or who is around when in the dark is a scary feeling for some people. People feel a sense of vulnerability when they cannot see what is around them at all times. A person’s anxiety fills in the “blanks” with the worst possible thing that they could imagine. Total darkness gives people this feeling of vulnerability because they feel as though they are not in control. Not seeing what is around you. Alongside that, the idea of “facing your own demons” scares people more than the dark itself. Being in the dark, alone, without any other distractions causes our minds to wander to places that we were quite possibly trying to ignore. All of our own worries, sadness, and even other fears slowly creep into our minds, soon becoming all that we are able to focus on. People hate facing their own demons, and yet it happens almost every time we are in the HOPED THIS HELPED!!!:))
