We make changes to ourselves every single day. We may see an act of kindness and then want to replicate that act. Change is unstoppable. However, if we really want to change, we need to: A set our mind to it and only think that way, and B Do actions that reflect the change that you are trying to accomplish in yourself. Like if I want to become nicer, I would compliment people as much as possible or even volunteer or do random acts of kindness whenever I could.
