Answer:

Expounding

Explanation:

Buddhism refers to a religion of the Indian people and it is considered to be a way of life through committed meditations. Buddhism began in India then spread east into Tibet, China and then northeast and south through pilgrims.

Generally, Buddhism is focused on the following philosophies;

I. Samsara: beliefs on the cycle of death and rebirth.

II. Dharma: beliefs on duties or ethics.

Karma: beliefs that there are consequences for every action or intents.

III. Moksha: beliefs on salvation or the liberation from death and rebirth cycle.

IV. Artha: beliefs on being prosperous.

V. Kama: beliefs on desires and passion as an aim of humanity.

Buddhism is a religion that teaches people about the spiritual principles of cause and effects such that an individual's action or intent in the previous life influences their life in the future (rebirth). This is explicitly explained by the Karma theory of Buddhism, it states that the circumstances an individual is experiencing in his or her (present) life is as a result of their actions in the previous life.

Furthermore, Nirvana is a Buddhist terminology used to describe the highest state of mind that a human being is capable of attaining. Thus, it is a profound state of well-being in which the mind is awakened, devoid of any defilement, entirely at peace, and is free from bondage or suffering.

In Buddhism, the task of studying, clarifying, and expounding (explain, spell out or discuss at length) doctrines is typically the responsibility of a literate, educated elite.

Sangha (order of monks) are saddled with the responsibility of keeping and interpreting texts for the people.

Why is it important to include divergent views (counterclalms) when you write a persuasive essay?
beks73 [17]
Offering a counterclaim and giving enough evidence to disprove that counterclaim strengthens the argument by reassuring the reader/audience that the you are well-informed and able to discern multiple perspectives. It’s like when you’re trying to convince your parents to let you go out with your friends at night or on a school night, you should state why you want to go and you should also acknowledge what they’re trying to say otherwise they’ll think that you’re not aware of the dangers out there.

Which sentence contains an action verb rather than a “to be” verb? The garden is my grandmother’s pride and joy.The number of bee
Kryger [21]

The answer is: The flowers in the garden bloom beautifully.

The verb to be can be conjugated as am, is, are, was, were or been, and it signifies to exist, occur o take place. In that respect, the chosen sentence does not possess the verb to be - it actually contains the verb bloom, which means to produce flowers.

The rest of the sentences are incorrect because all of them include conjugations of the verb to be, such as is and was.
