Old Major is the first main/major character that George Orwell described Animal Farm. Old Major was described as the pig in Animal Farm and was used the name Old Major because it has a meaning similar to being a pig. (I can't find any other ways to describe Old Major)
I don't know if this is what you mean but, I think the characteristics of Old Major in an animals farm is Old Majors meaning of their name. Because Old Major means "of pigs is a kind, grandfatherly philosopher of change." So the first or second major of Old Major in Animal farm is Pigs because of the meaning of Old Majors name.
I hope this helped! I tried my best to make this awesome!
Study as much as you can. Write out only the stuff you know you will probably forget in your notes. Basically study whatever you definitely are not most comfortably on then a week before the test study what you are comfortable on. Do it over and over again until you are right or believe that you know how to it.
A...Because in the beginning of the book Travis did not like Old Yeller at at all, he tried to get rid of him, but because of his little brother Old Yeller got to stay and he kept proving himself to Travis that he was a very true, obedient, loyal dog.
