you can use either elimination method or the substitution method if you use the elimination method then you will have to either pick between using the X coordinate or the y coordinate I choose the X coordinate so the top equation multiply by 2 and the lower equation x by 3 you will end up with 6 x plus 16 y is equals to 14 and 6 x - 6y is equals to -30 subtract the both equations and end up with 0 + 22 y is equals to 44 hence
