In any citing forms, it is important to acknowledge the author and the year it was concluded or published. The rules for citing a quote in MLA form are:
<span>
1. Enclose the direct quotation in quotation marks.
2. Reference the original author nd page number or line number (verse).
3. Place punctuation after the parenthetical citation.

Answer:

It depends on the source of the famous quote.

Explanation:

If you are quoting from a website, you should consider doing it the following way:

Last name, Name. "Title of the article". <em>Webpage name.</em> Name of the organization (if necessary). Day month year of publication (if existing). Way of publication (web, in this case). Date when the website was visited. <link to the website>

If there's no name, you should start with the title of the article. The first date is when the article came out, the second one, when in was visited.

Inside the text, you should quote like (Last name, par. number).

Read THE LANDLADY
Sphinxa [80]

Answer

1. A

2. B

Explanation

I picked the answer A because in  the sentence “The air was deadly cold and the wind was like a flat blade of ice on his cheek.” it included a simile which is a figure of speech involving the comparison of one thing with another thing of a different kind, used to make a description more emphatic or vivid (e.g., as brave as a lion, crazy like a fox ), and in the sentence there was a word that shows there is a simile, which is "like a flat blade or ice" and there was also  personification which was "The air was deadly cold". I picked answer B because the statement "someone … who is just exactly right”, "Like you." seems supicous in my eyes.

What's the opening chapter of the book Frindle about?
kvasek [131]
The opening chapter of the book Frindle focuses on introducing us to the main character Nick Allen, an imaginative boy who likes to brighten up his school by figuring out unique and unusual ideas, an example would be that in 3rd grade, he turned the classroom into a tropical island by making paper palm trees and having everyone wear beach clothes.
