66% *100 = 0.66
200 * 0.66 = 132

200-132= 68 wrong

Since the total number we are dealing with is 200, and our final percentile grade is a 66%, we can estimate already that he missed under half the questions, which means he has a score that is over 100/200, or 50%. But its not too much higher because 130/200 would be a little too much, however if we add two more points we would have a 132/200, which is equivalent to 66%
