Tia have 4 areas to improve in her life:

Financial, Sleep and exercise, nutricion and socializing.

Everyone is unique and deal with life struggles in a unique way, but it common to not see how a unhealthy lifestyle could become a snowball when you are young.

The financial aspect of the two jobs to pay rent, could be improved by moving to a cheaper rent. A more distante one, shared one or look for some college dorm.

Fiur hours of sleeping is a reacipe for disaster, so this need to be solved together with the life-work balance.

The food part could be improved by cooking daily meals during the weekends, so she can just quickly reheat meals. Fruits are ease to consume if you don't have to peel it!

And the social aspect could be improved by finding local groups with shared interests. She could look for game meetups neaby or groups from the college.
