The thing that Hitler promised was: <span>B. Germany would give control of the Pacific Islands and parts of North, Central, and South America to Japan after the war.

Hitler was driven by his ambition to create a pure Aryan race in Germany and Japan was driven by their ambition to conquer the Asian continent. So, basically, Hitler have no interest in these regions since none of them had Aryan citizen.</span>
