I would say that an answer of A and D would work best, but I think A is more correct, given the long history of civil cases brought by the government against corporations that violated the Sherman Anti-Trust Act-think of Standard Oil or AT&T-and the fines that these companies had to pay, up to $100 million for a corporation and up to 10 years in prison for an individual with a $1 million dollar fine. <span />
