A system contains bonds between particles. Which choice describes the microscopic structures of the energy in this system? There
borishaifa [10]

Answer:

The correct answer is: There must be potential energy in the bonds due to its particles position.

Explanation:

Potential energy is a kind of energy which is stored in an object due to its position or configuration. For example, if there is a ball in the fifth floor of a building, it has a determined potential energy which is converted to kinetic energy when the ball fall down. The same is in the case of the chemical bonds: the particles or atoms have potential energy related to their relative positions in the system. In fact, chemical energy is considered a form of potential energy (stored in chemical bonds).

Scientists publish a revised list of dangerous greenhouse gases. Which statements describe the importance of this information? C
Pie

Answer:

It leads to new jobs that search for innovative ways to control emissions.

Explanation:

Publishing a report that is a revised list of green house gases by scientists underscores the importance of new new jobs that seek ways of controlling emissions. The publication will inspire scientific research into control of emission of greenhouse gases. This will create new jobs for scientists who will be charged with the responsibility of ensuring that emission of Tue newly discovered greenhouse gasses is greatly reduced.

Several scientists earn a living by actively carrying out research on control of the emission of greenhouse gasses.

Why do we write chemical compounds inside brackets
ch4aika [34]

The square brackets are used in case of complex compounds. This is known as coordination sphere. There is a metal in the coordination sphere and ligands attached to it. This complete set of metals and ligands inside the brackets is complex ion or molecule.

The ions outside this coordination sphere are counter ions of the complex.

It represents that if the complex compound is dissolved in water it will give a complex ion and the counter ion. The atoms in the bracket cannot break there bonds and will remain un-dissociated.

If there is no such bracket then it will represent simple or binary salt.
