Answer:

Option C

Step-by-step explanation:

\boxed{Log \ \dfrac{a}{b}=log \ a - log \ b}\\\\\boxed{(log \ a)^b=b*log \ a}

\sf log_w \ \dfrac{(x^{2}-6)^4}{\sqrt[3]{x^2+8} }=log_w \ (x^2-6)^4 - log_w(x^2+8)^{\frac{1}{3}}

                       \sf = 4*log_w \ (x^2 -6) - \dfrac{1}{3}log_w \ (x^2 + 8)

Solve for x.
victus00 [196]
The answer is 370 because you need to work it out.

Basically what I did was look at the first number, 12, and the answer to the equation and saw that 12 x 10 would be 120. And 360 + 10 would be 370.

It fits in perfectly.

12(370 - 360) = 120
370 - 360 = 10
12(10) = 120

So x = 370

How to know if a problem is permutation or combination?
vredina [299]
If the order matters it is a permutation. For example: if you are selecting 3 people to be on a committee it doesn't matter what order you select them, but if you're selecting three people to be president, vice president, and secretary the order in which you choose them matters the first person being president, the second person being vice president, and the third person be secretary
