Answer:

41.65

Step-by-step explanation:

First do 5.5*20.7 because of PEMDAS or GERMDAS which is basically saying the order of how to solve expressions/equations

5.5*20.7=113.85

Then subtract 113.85 from 155.5

155.5-113.85=41.65

If f(x) =x^2 + 4x and g(x) = 2x +4, find (fg)(1)
snow_lady [41]

Step-by-step explanation:

Set up the composite result function.

f(g(x))f(g(x))

Evaluate f(g(x))f(g(x)) by substituting in the value of gg into ff.

f(x2)=2(x2)−4f(x2)=2(x2)-4

Multiply 22 by x2x2.

f(x2)=2x2−4f(x2)=2x2-4

For the first figure the Circumference of the circle is: 5.3\ip\pi cm.

For the second figure the Circumference of the circle is: 80\ip\pi inch.

<h3>What is Circumference of the Circle?</h3>

The circumference of a circle is defined as the linear distance around it.

i.e.,  C= 2 *\pi*r

  • For First Figure,

Circumference of the circle:

= 2 *\pi*r

= 2 *\pi* \frac{5.3}{2}

= 2 *\pi*2.65

Circumference= 5.3*\pi cm

  • For the second Figure,

Circumference = 2 *\pi*r

= 2 *\pi*40

 = 80 *\pi

Circumference =80\pi \;inch

For the first figure the Circumference of the circle is: 5.3\ip\pi cm.

For the second figure the Circumference of the circle is: 80\ip\pi inch.
