Answer:

the answers 1-7 are below

Explanation:

1.The Great Migration was one of the biggest effects of the Great War in The United States.

The people involved in the migration were African Americans. They lived in the rural South, and started moving to the industrial, urban cities of the North.

The cause of this migration was their search for better payed jobs, more opportunities and better social and political rights.

2.Women during World War 1 had no other choice, than to replace men on their jobs in the industrial sector.

Around 2.8 million men were sent to fight and serve overseas, and an additional 2 million were employed in the regular service of the U.S. Army.

These departing soldiers left their jobs, and the women were used to fill in the gap in the labor sector.

3.The National War Labor Board was formed during World War 1, and worked also during World War 2.

This body was formed to resolve and control labor problems in the industrial sector which arose during wartime.

They managed problems between the employers and workers, who were organized in unions. During wartime, it was necessary to have a high level of productivity.

4.Unrestricted submarine warfare represents a certain type or strategy used in naval warfare.

The first time this strategy was used the first time in war history in World War 1, in 1915.

The first country to use it was Germany.

This may be one of the main reasons why The United States entered the Great War. Germany did not stop attacking passenger ships, so America reacted.

5.The Treaty of Versailles was a peace treaty signed on the 28. of June, 1919 in Paris, France. This peace treaty represents the end of World War 1.

The Allied Powers, who ended the War with victory, accused Germany of starting The Great War.

One of the most important punishes, were the war reparations. Also, the Allied Powers made Germany reduce its army, and give up their navy and air forces.

6.The Red Scare represents the fear of communism that was present in the West hemisphere after the Russian revolution.

After the fall of the Russian Empire, and the victory of the Red revolution in Russia, the World was shocked and afraid of similar events in their countries.

The communist and socialist ideology was widespread after World War 1. Many countries were worried about a potential revolution on their territory.

7.The League of Nations was formed during the peace Treaty of Versailles by the Allied Powers. The League of Nations was formed with the idea to maintain world peace.

The Great War was considered the biggest catastrophe of mankind, and the world was eager to prevent similar events.

The idea came from Woodrow Wilson, the President of The United States.

The United States did not join The League of Nations because the public was opposed, and so were many senators. The reason is that they thought that it would interfere with the U.S. politics.
