Some of the factors which may lead to youth not being innovative in organizing awareness campaigns that address substance abuse are:

  • Lack of motivation.
  • Lack of ideas.
  • Lack of communal support
  • Lack of funding

<h3>What is Substance Abuse?</h3>

This refers to the misuse of drugs and other substances for other purposes not originally intended for it.

As a result of this, we can see that people take an overdose of drugs in a bid to get high and alter their moods or take banned substances in a bid to get this recreational effect.

Also, youths that organize public awareness campaigns can also lack innovation based on different factors such as the ones listed above.
