So this is the sample answer: Sergeant Khin Myint Maung, a traffic cop in Yangon, Myanmar, has been deemed a local hero to the people who pass him on its roads every day. Due to removed vehicle import restrictions, the number of cars on the roads in Yangon have increased, not only increasing traffic problems, but the need for more traffic police. Unlike most others, the sergeant does his duty well and courteously. His way of directing traffic has made a notable difference for the commuters in the city. His work has not gone unnoticed resulting in the sergeant receiving a hero award.

And this is the one I rewrote to change it up a bit:  Traffic police in Yangon Myanmar, Sergeant Khin Myint Maung was labeled a hero by the people who he helps every day on the roads. Because of removed vehicle import restrictions, cars on the Yangon roads have increased which causes the need for the roads to have more traffic cops. Sergeant Khin Myint Maung was a traffic cop that has helped the people in that city equally and more than they can say. And with the work of his people, his job was recognized and he was rewarded by the name of a hero.
