Redlining is a discriminatory process by which financial entities will deny service to specific customers based on where they live.

Why is this act unfair?

This is considered to be a very unethical practice. This has to do with the fact that people are being judged solely on their living conditions when denied financial aid, rather than on their previous credit history or other viable factors. For example, a person might be denied a loan despite having a great credit score, simply due to living in an area considered to be a "risk for investment".

Therefore, we can confirm that redlining is a highly unethical practice in which entities will deny service to a person or group of people based solely on living location.

Zolol [24]

Answer:

Expected value = $550

Explanation:

Expected value = Sales price of policy - policy holder price - Average policy payment - expected claim

Expected value = 1,000 - 10,000[1/250] - 25,000[1/100] - 60,000[1/250]

Expected value = 1,000 - 40 - 250 - 240

Expected value = 1,000 - 450

Expected value = $550

RUDIKE [14]

Whenever Congress has a perceived need for ongoing control of economic activity, it has tended to create a cabinet department.

The Vice President and the secretaries of agriculture, commerce, defense, education, energy, health and human services, homeland security, housing and urban development, interior, labor, state, transportation, and veterans affairs make up the cabinet. Cabinets come in three varieties: inset, full overlay, and partial overlay. Each phrase refers to the way a cabinet door or drawer rests against or inside a cabinet frame. The three varieties of cabinets also stand for various price ranges and fashion trends. Such a division is frequently referred to as the Prime Minister's Office. Various other nations have cabinet offices.

The Prime Minister's Office is a division of the Cabinet Office in the United Kingdom; a similar division exists in Australia and New Zealand.
