Unit on Technology & Globalization ... of the “digital divide,” and participate in a role-playing exercise on developing information technology infrastructure. lemme edit this

Given the increasing intensity of global knowledge flows to the important advantages of globalization, despite the many criticisms of globalization due to its potential negative effects, the study indicates that it has increased the spread of technology across borders in two ways. First, globalization allowed countries to acquire foreign knowledge more easily. Second, globalization is promoting international competition, including increased competition as a result of the rise of emerging market players, which reinforces incentives for companies to innovate and adopt foreign technologies.

Alex Ar [27]

Answer is : The size of the world's tropical forests will be reduced considerably.

The map let us appreciate the danger of forests Brazil,Colombia,Peru, (America)  the Democratic Republic of Congo,(Africa) Indonesia, and Myanmar. (Asia)

The deforestation rates in South America  each year tremendously grow, where the Amazon located in Brazil is the most critical area to suffer if the rhytm continues. In fact, the Amazon is the biggest deforestation area in the world nowadays and direct interventions is urgent and necessary to prevent a great ecological tragedy where there is no turning back.

In Africa. the area endangered are mainly the forests of the Democratic Republic of the Congo that stretch into Central Africa. The forests of the Central African region will continue to suffer a great loss if no policies are taken as well as intervention to reverse or reforest the regions that currently could be also by human artifical means repaired. In South East Asia the sitation continues to be quite similar to the rest of the world.

Estimates calculate by year 2030, practically all major forests  in the world will have been lost, and as a result uncountable numbers  of animal and other species are condemned to extinction.

Abraham maslow was an american psychologist who
gayaneshka [121]

Abraham Maslow, in full Abraham Harold Maslow, also called Abraham H. Maslow, (born April 1, 1908, New York, New York, U.S.—died June 8, 1970, Menlo Park, California), American psychologist and philosopher best known for his self-actualization theory of psychology, which argued that the primary goal of psychotherapy should be the integration of the self.

Maslow studied psychology at the University of Wisconsin and Gestalt psychology at the New School for Social Research in New York City before joining the faculty of Brooklyn College in 1937. In 1951 he became head of the psychology department at Brandeis University (Waltham, Massachusetts), where he remained until 1969.

Influenced by existentialist philosophers and literary figures, Maslow was an important contributor in the United States to humanistic psychology, which is sometimes called the “third force.”

In his major works, Motivation and Personality (1954) and Toward a Psychology of Being (1962), Maslow argued that each person has a hierarchy of needs that must be satisfied, ranging from basic physiological requirements to love, esteem, and, finally, self-actualization. As each need is satisfied, the next higher level in the emotional hierarchy dominates conscious functioning. Maslow believed that truly healthy people were self-actualizers because they satisfied the highest psychological needs, fully integrating the components of their personality, or self. His papers, published posthumously, were issued in 1971 as The Farther Reaches of Human Nature.
