<u>Brutus tells Cassius that Caesar should not be king.</u>

Explanation:

Brutus explains that he is afraid that Caesar could become a King just because of the people’s opinion about him. Then, Cassius agrees with him, stating that people do not know about Caesar qualities to be the head of the city as well as he knows about his strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, he is capable of telling that Caesar is not the correct person to have the crown. Cassius starts remembering some anecdotes about Caesar behaving as a weak person, or at least weak enough to be King, and realizes that he could not respect and treat someone as Caesar as his superior because he is aware he is not.  He also comes to the conclusion that he is not keen at the idea of Cassius becoming the King.
