Answer:

First, you breathe in oxygen through your trachea. The air travels down through the trachea to your lungs. Then your lungs transport the oxygen through your pulmonary artery to your heart. Then the heart transports the oxidized blood throughout your body. Then once the blood gives away all the oxygen your veins take the filtered blood through your pulmonary vein and back to your lungs to get oxidized again. I hope this helps

Monocots and dicots are two groups of _____.
Step2247 [10]
I believe the correct answer is the second option. Monocots and dicots are two groups of angiosperms. This group of plants are seed bearing plants. Flowers are their reproductive system where the ovules are being enclosed in the ovary. Angiosperms can be found in every habitat from grasslands and forests to deserts and sea margins. Angiospersms are divided to monocots and dicots. Monocot plants are characterized by having one cotyledon while dicots have two. Also, leaf veins of monocots are branched while that of dicots are parallel. The root system of monocots is a fibrous root system while dicots have a taproot system.

The process by which a cell divides is called
PolarNik [594]

The best answer is C

The process by which a cell divides is called mitosis. It results in two daughter cells that are genetically identical to each other and to the original cell.

Multicellular organisms,  depend on mitosis for growth and repair. Organisms repair some of their tissues  using mitosis to regenerate new cells. Not all cells undergo mitosis at the same rate. In man, brain cells are much more difficult to regenerate than cheek cells which are constantly being replaced.
