The answer is A, {-7, 2, 11, 20}

3(-4) = -12
-12+5 = -7
y = -7

3(-1) = -3
-3+5 = 2
y = 2

3(2) = 6
6+5 = 11
y = 11

3(5) = 15
15+5 = 20
y = 20
