What is Achilles best known for? his strength his good looks his intelligence his sense of honor and virtueWhat is Achilles best
stepladder [879]
I would say that the answer is his strength.

During the Trojan War, Achilles was a great warrior known for slaying Hector outside the gates of Troy. His resilience was one of his greatest strengths as he was dipped in the waters of the River Styx in the Underworld as a child, granting him invulnerability all over his body. However, he had one weakness: his heel. His mother held onto his heel while dipping him in the River Styx, and thus, this is the only place on his entire body that could kill him. Achilles got overconfident as a result of his immunity, and he was caught off guard when Paris presumably shot him in the heel with an arrow, killing the great warrior.

Elena-2011 [213]

Answer:I am for the "immediate, unconditional, and universal" enfranchisement of the black man, in every State in the Union. [Loud applause.] Without this, his liberty is a mockery; without this, you might as well almost retain the old name of slavery for his condition; for in fact, if he is not the slave of the individual master, he is the slave of society, and holds his liberty as a privilege, not as a right. He is at the mercy of the mob, and has no means of protecting himself.

How does the repetition of the phrase “without this” support the paragraph’s argument?

It reinforces the idea that without equality in the US, the idea of a free society is a joke.

It suggests that a free society is possible, with or without equal rights for all people.

It indicates that Douglass would be content without material possessions or status.

It proposes that slavery will not be abolished in the US without the support of all citizens.

KIM [24]

Answer:

Area = 615.44 miles is the circles area.

Explanation:

<em>Before we answer the math problem, let's examine what we know so far.</em>

\left[\begin{array}{cc}raidus =14miles\\Diameter = 28miles\\circumference =  87.92 miles\end{array}\right]

In Terms of Pi π

circumference = 28 π mi

Area = 196  mi^2

Diameter - Steps - <em>How I found the </em><em>diameter</em><em> ( R stands for Radius )</em>

d = 2r\\d = 2 *14\\d = 28

circumference - Steps - <em>How I found the </em><em>circumference</em>

C = 2\pi r\\C= 2 *\pi *14 \\C= 28\pi \\C = 87.92

Area-Calcuating <em>( The circules area )</em>

A =\pi r^2\\A=\pi *14^2\\A =196\pi \\A=6.15.44miles

So, Area = 615.44 miles is the circles area.

Hope this helps! :D
