Take the point you are given and plug it into whatever you're using (paper or a sight) take the slope and find another whole number that contents with the slope's path. now time for the easy part. make the start of the equation; in this case, its y=3x now once you have done that make a line that goes through the y axis, this will give you the y-intercept of 5. if you are using a sight then its way easier; you can either look and estimate where it crosses the y axis or you can start at a number and go up or down depending on how close you are to your 2 points. once you have done that you should have all you'll need to make the equation!
