I would say that Li Bai is pleased to be away just to enjoy the tranquil scenery of nature up on the mountain because he is staying on Green Mountain since he feels at ease being away from society. He seems to like the view in front of him like how he mentions "Peach blossoms On flowing water". Typically, people who want to get away from a city or crowds, I believe that they like to be in nature to feel calmer and soother just to enjoy the views in front of them like a change of scenery. I do not believe that Li Bai is emphasizing his love for loneliness because not many people like to be lonely although many of us want to have some space and be alone for some time but after a while, it can get sad and depressing especially if people don't have someone to talk to... But this is why I believe he is enjoying the scenery more than emphasizing his love for loneliness.
