So if they have 90 pairs of sneakers together. You could say; 3x = 90
( this 3x comes from Sherrie’s twice, 2, and Manuel himself )

this would give us x = 30, but since she has twice as much as him. you double this to get 60.

so Sherrie will have 60 shoes and Manuel will have 30.

Which expressions are equivalent to the one below?check all that apply.
sineoko [7]
The answers for the question shown above are the option A, the option B and the option C, which are:
A.log5(15625)
B.log5(5^6)
C.6
The explanation is shown below:
By applying the logarithms properties, you have:
A. log5(125)+log5(125)=log5(125)(125)=log5(15625)
B. log5(125)+log5(125)=log5(15625)=log5(5^6)
C. og5(125)+log5(125)=log5(15625)=log5(5^6)=6log5(5)=6

Regard y as the independent variable and x as the dependent variable and use implicit differentiation to find dx/dy. x5y2 − x4y
il63 [147K]

Answer:

dx/dy = (x^4 - 2x^5y - 6xy^2) / (5x^4y^2 - 4x^3y + 2y^3).

Step-by-step explanation:

x^5y^2 − x^4y + 2xy^3 = 0

Applying the Product and Chain Rules:

y^2*5x^4*dx/dy + 2y*x^5 - (y*4x^3*dx/dy + x^4) + (y^3* 2*dx/dy + 3y^2*2x) =0

Separating the terms with derivatives:

y^2*5x^4*dx/dy - y*4x^3*dx/dy + y^3* 2*dx/dy = x^4 - 2y*x^5 - 3y^2*2x

dx/dy = (x^4 - 2x^5y - 6xy^2) / (5x^4y^2 - 4x^3y + 2y^3)

Question in image. :)
quester [9]

a. f(a) =5a+12

we have 1. a=6

Therefore, where ever we find a we'll substitute in 6

f(6) =5(6) +12

6f=30+12

6f=42

so therefore 1. a=6 will match c on the right

2. a=2

f(2) =5(2) +12

2f = 10+12

2f = 22

therefore 2. a=2 will match a on the right

3. a=4

f(4) =5(4) +12

4f=20+12

4f=32

therefore 3. a=4 will match d on the right

4. a=5

f(5) =5(5) +12

5f=25+12

5f=37

therefore 4. a=5 will match b on the right

What Is m∠KNL?????????????????????
Sloan [31]
U have some vertical angles....vertical angles are equal

5x + 2 = 3(x + 14)
5x + 2 = 3x + 42
5x - 3x = 42 - 2
2x = 40
x = 40/2
x = 20

JNM = 5x + 2.....5(20) + 2 = 102
KNL = 3(x + 14).....3(20 + 14)....3(34) = 102 <===
