The main difference between sectionalism and federalism is that sectionalists...?

In my research I have found that the answer is D, here's why.

Why did some members of congress believe that the tonkin gulf resolution was unconstitutional?
Elan Coil [88]
#1) Why did some members of congress believe that the tonkin gulf resolution was unconstitutional?
Answer: It was opposed in the Senate only by Senators Wayne Morse and Ernest Gruening. Senator Gruening objected to "sending our American boys into combat in a war in which we have no business, which is not our war, into which we have been misguidedly drawn, which is steadily being escalated".
