Answer:

From:<u> (Your Name and Address)</u>

<u></u>

To:<u> (District Chief Executive of your city)</u>

<u></u>

Respectfully,

I'd like to bring to the attention of the appropriate authorities the six-month-long lack of metro water in (YOUR CITY), as reported in the pages of your renowned publication. Water is purchased every week at a cost of $130.00 by individual apartment and home owners. The residents of the area have made a public statement to the city of <u>(YOUR CITY)</u> and met with the city's top authorities about the issue. In the past, officials have promised to come up with a solution, but nothing has transpired. I recommend using large plastic tanks that they can set up in the neighborhoods and bring in water trucks everyday to replenish them. Additionally, they might build deep wells in strategic locations so that residents can get water from them whenever they desire. The problem is that they haven't taken a single step toward solving it. I really hope this is brought to the attention of the appropriate authorities so that they can take prompt action.

I appreciate your time and consideration.

Work individually. Think of your own reading experience and write a paragraph of 150 – 200
Hunter-Best [27]

Answer:

While I can't just write up a paragraph for you ( Twould be plagarism ), I can certainly help. List the books you read in high school, and in the ways you read them ( quickly, slowly, methodically, excitiedly, ect. ect. ) Example: " I read War and Peace when I was in high school, and while at first I felt a bit overwhelmed, as I continued, I began to get more and more engrossed in the book, the plot, and fell in love with all the characters. It made me realize that I should slow down and learn to enjoy the book for what it was, not just words, but an art well worth taking the time to appreciate. " and then continue to say how if you were to read another book like it, how you could/would read it, maybe differently, or the same if desired so.

Explanation:

It's alot easier to finish once you start, trust me :)

Please do an internet search and find out the results of the Erin Andrews invasion of privacy case that the Craig discusses in t
rosijanka [135]

Answer:

Whilst it is true that Michael David Barrett as pleaded is of all accusations levelled on him, such as stalking Andrews in three cities and altering peepholes in hotel rooms in Nashville and Columbus, Ohio, to secretly shoot videos of the sportscaster while she was in her birthday suit.

Trespass against the sportscasters' person amongst others, it is hard to believe that Andrews did not intend to use the suit as an opportunity to make some money off the hotels involved.

She had filled a suite for seventy-five million dollars against Michael and the hotels involved. She was however awarded fifty-five million dollars in damages. The question is if this case only involved David Barett, would she sue for that much? Even if he had a Personal Liability Insurance and or a Homeowners Insurance, there is practically no way it the sums insured would have satisfied the demand of her suit.

It's difficult not to stand with the affected companies in their appeal against the award of fifty-five Million dollars to the Plaintiff. The companies in their defence stated that Michael David Barrett was a determined offender.

He not only altered the keyholes to enable him to take the videos but did so thrice. He, therefore, must be punished nonetheless.

On another hand, this conversation opens up the question about how hoteliers should take surveillance more seriously. How is it that in all the three hotels, not one of the surveillance cameras caught David in the act?

If he recorded her, it was most likely from outside the door not within the apartment.

what happens after the raven flies into the speakers roomin the raven by edgar allan poe arrange the events in order
Hatshy [7]

Stanza 7 is when the raven flies into the room and sits on the state of Pallas (Greek goddess of wisdom)

At first, the narrator is amused that it's just a bird. He asks the bird its name and it said, "Nevermore."

The narrator mentioned earlier of the lost of his love Lenore, and he doesn't know if the raven's repetition of "nevermore" is connected to his sorrow - or if it's just a coincidence.

"<em>On the morrow he will leave me, as my Hopes have flown before.</em>

<em>Then the bird said 'Nevermore'</em>"

The narrator mentions the arrival of angels (Seraphim, "by the angels he hath sent thee) who burn incense and hopes that the raven is there to help him forget his sorrows. He wants to drink a potion to forget his sadness.

quaff = drink

nepenthe = medicine to treat sadness

(Stanza 14)

<em> Then, methought, the air grew denser, perfumed from an unseen censer </em>

<em>Swung by Seraphim whose foot-falls tinkled on the tufted floor. </em>

<em>    “Wretch,” I cried, “thy God hath lent thee—by these angels he hath sent thee </em>

<em>    Respite—respite and nepenthe from thy memories of Lenore; </em>

<em>Quaff, oh quaff this kind nepenthe and forget this lost Lenore!” </em>

<em>            Quoth the Raven “Nevermore.”</em>

He assumes the bird will leave tomorrow, and the raven appears to deny it.

Through stanzas 14 - 17 he asks the raven a series of questions (are you evil?  will you help me heal? Will I see Lenore in heaven?  which it answers all of them with the word "nevermore." At last, he demands the raven to leave, to which it also replied, "nevermore."

In the last stanza, the raven looks over the narrator, while the narrator dwells on his sorrow. It suggests that the narrator will never recover from his sadness.

<em>And my soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor </em>

<em>            Shall be lifted—nevermore! </em>
