James Flynn was the first person to notice the increase in IQ scores throughout the changing periods. He noticed that the increase in IQ scores would be due to a rise in the intelligence level of the population. His notice is considered to be as Flynn effect. As per Flynn's effect, the IQ scores are rising by three points every decade.
