Violet and blue have the high frequencies (thus energy) of visible light. Red will be the least energy but lowest energy. And remember, chlorophyll is green because it reflects green into our eyes. Green is therefore not absorbed, so not used for photosynthesis.

How does carbon flow between photosynthesis and cellular respiration
SVETLANKA909090 [29]
Photosynthesis makes the glucose that is used in cellular respiration to make ATP. The glucose is then turned back intocarbon dioxide, which is used in photosynthesis. The pumping of hydrogen ions (protons) across membranes during chemiosmosis is an example of which type of cellular transport?
lisov135 [29]
I believe the correct answer from the choices listed above is the second option. Chemiosmosis is the process of using a hydrogen concentration and electrochemical gradient to move hydrogen ions through a specialized protein channel, thus driving a chemical process. Therefore, it is a facilitated diffusion which uses regular diffusion as the driving force (i.e. the molecule moves from high to low concentration), but unlike regular diffusion does so only through specialized channels.
