The biggest difference between Lincoln's and Johnson's rebuilding plans was in relation to the rights of freedmen after the Civil War ended. While Lincoln sought to ensure that emancipated slaves had rights such as voting, Johnson's plan did not include these provisions.

During the rogers-skinner debate, the most important difference between the two was over:
Jobisdone [24]
A big difference was their view of human free will.

B.F. Skinner saw psychology in terms of behaviorism, that our actions are shaped as reactions in consequence to environmental factors.  So the best way to promote healthy behavior is to shape the environment in society to cause our behavior to be turned in positive directions.

Carl Rogers believed in a person-centered approach to therapy, working with the person's internal thoughts and experiences.  He was concerned that Skinner's approach could lead to some level of cultural engineering, with some deciding how others' behavior in society should be shaped by controlling external factors.

How were the 4 designs that portray Lincoln's life, a reason as to why the penny shouldn't be eliminated?
juin [17]

The one cent coin of the United States is the lowest denomination currency of the US dollar. Its symbol is ¢. On the face of the coin stands the portrait of President Abraham Lincoln since 1909, the centenary of his birth. From 1959 to 2008 the Lincoln Memorial on the reverse was highlighted, which was redesigned to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Lincoln, in 2009. Since 2010, we have been reissued with the previous design. The coin is 19.05 millimeters in diameter and 1.52 millimeters thick.

It should not be eliminated because it's a historical coin that has the story of a great president like Lincoln was.

Congressional committees are important for all of the following reasons except
choli [55]
The correct answer is 3) They help Congress to use judicial review to address the constitutionality of laws.

The congress doesn't do judicial review, the Supreme Court does. The Supreme court decides whether laws are constitutional or not, and they do it after the laws have been passed. They don't have an advisory role that comes before the law's been passed.
