They can create a group and name it e.g Youths educational group. They can discuss and teach each other how they can be more responsible by;

1)Doing the right things as a citizen,e.g,voting during election, settling community crisis, and so on.

2)They can also educate one another more on how to promote their society,nation and how to bodly come out to fight for their rights as a citizen
