2) Immigration through Angel Island was more difficult than immigration through Ellis Island because Asians immigrated through Angel Island and there was more prejudice against them. So, the main difference between Ellis Island and Angel Island was that the majority of the immigrants were from Asian countries, and attitude towards them was quite mixed.

3) <span>The group of nineteenth-century immigrants that received the most efficient processing was Europeans at Angel Island. As it was mentioned before, most Asians were stuck with Angel Island due to some circumstances so Ellis island was the best place for immigrants.

4) </span>Most of the second wave of immigrants come from Southern and Eastern Europe. To be more precise, the majority of the second wave of immigrants came from Poland and Italy and many other parts of South Europe.

5) The goal of many nativists with respect to immigration was that they wanted immigrants barred from the United States. They could not accept the fact that their native country can be populated with non-Americans which was a great pity for both sensible man and the immigrants themself.

They were about to do everything to stop the process of immigrating to their country which slowed down the proceeding and created many obstacles for immigrants.
