Characteristics that one needs for this sport is 1) being tall. 2) Being quick. 3) Good aim. Muscles include upper body muscles, such as chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps. Leg muscles are included as well, such as your quadriceps. If you practice, you can improve on muscle coordination, speed, and aim. It all depends on your drive to improve.
